2021 has been an exciting year at Patner! We’re thrilled to have extended our business to Denver and Houston while continuing to expand in the DC Metropolitan area.
Our team partnered with CACI and Project 308 Architects is in the process of constructing a 21,000 SF SCIF at the CACI building in Denver, CO. This complex project signals our expansion to Denver and is set to be delivered in late November 2021.
Our team partnered with Inova BD&C and e4h Architects is constructing a 25,000 SF cancer center facility for infusion treatment including a pharmacy and additional clinics within the Loudoun campus. We are honored to have been selected for this high-profile medical project that will support both the local and global community in our battle against this disease. It is scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2021.
After successful completion of the Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) pilot program, Patner established our design-build team of Setty & Associates and RMS Electrical Services.
The installation of UVGI throughout the air-handling units and air distribution systems will ensure a safer airport environment for the public and employees by controlling airborne transmission of harmful pathogens like the Coronavirus. The installation of this specialty equipment is critical to improving indoor air quality for both current and future passengers. This accelerated project will be delivered by the end of 2021.
Patner has welcomed nine new employees so far this year – and growing! We’re excited to introduce our most recent new hires and welcome them to the team!
