Westward Expansion

Patner is thrilled to continue expanding in Denver, CO with Alita Care Holdings. In collaboration with Harvard Pacific, we are working on a tenant improvement project for Alita Care Holdings, an industry leader in outpatient treatment for drug and alcohol addiction, trauma, eating disorders, sexual addiction, behavioral health conditions and co-occurring disorders. The scope of work includes the replacement of existing storefront windows, a framed cloud ceiling, along with sharp architectural features. The suite will house offices, group therapy rooms, reception, and large conference room.

On the horizon…

We are honored to be working with the U.S. Department of State to construct the new U.S. Embassy in Madrid, Spain. The Compound Security Upgrade consists of the renovation of six existing buildings to improve their technical and physical security. The team will install specialty Forced Entry Ballistic Resistant (FEBR) windows and doors as well as new hardline forced entry walls, and construct a new Executive Office Building (EOB), site safe havens, new sally port vehicular entries and anti-climb upgrades throughout the facility. Construction will be taking place in a fully occupied and functioning facility. This is our first contract for the State Department abroad and we look forward to many more!

We are excited to announce our newest project for CACI at their Northern Lights facility in Jessup, MD! The work includes a full interior renovation providing the space with a new conference room, multiple LAN rooms and a new RF shield facility area with HVAC and electrical upgrades. Thank you CACI International for another amazing opportunity to work with your organization.

Construction will soon be underway for George Washington University’s Cell Therapy Lab. This is a 1,765 SF renovation to the existing lab in the occupied facility. Project features include installation of cleanrooms, laminar flow diffusers throughout the lab along with pressure differential controls and monitoring of specific work areas. Our team will also install a new fire protection system. The completion of this project will allow for extensive research and the development of vaccines and other products to benefit the community!
