In 2006, Eric Schulz joined forces with David and Chuck to become Patner’s Vice President. 

He brings 21 years of construction experience, a degree in mechanical engineering, and a passion for the physical process of constructing projects. Eric specializes in Higher Education, Government, Medical, and Commercial Interiors.
