FSI Language Testing Unit

Description:

A design build construction project to renovate space in the National Foregin Affairs Training Center(NFATC). This new space provides DOS students and opportunity to successfully pass on theri new learned language skill-set.

This project consists of (14) state of the art testing unit rooms, (3) Offices each office ill have a glass corridor wall with frameless glass and a doior, (1) Testing Storage Area. The space will include (3) workstations, rotary high density storage for testing material, and a sufficient work surface storage. The door will be prepped for a Unican locket, a Reception workstation area with (4) workstations, (2) Waiting Lounges, Copy/Lockers area with (6) 2 high lockers for student materiels and (2) Storage Closets.

  • Size: 6,500 Square Feet
  • Special Equipment: Each testing lab has slab to slab wall partitiaons at the STC 50 minimum. The project incorporated the A/OPR/RPM Design Guidelines and ensure compliance with those Guideline sections that apply to this project.
