This project was a 10,355 SF interior renovation at Furnace Record Pressing in Alexandria, VA, a facility owned by some members of the band Metallica. Our team enhanced the warehouse with 3 new offices,an open plating area for the printing of records, a new steel staircase, an ADA compliant ramp, and a new HVAC system with a cooling loop to maintain the appropriate temperature for the records.
