Georgetown University Chiller Plant
This chiller plant expansion project includes the installation of a 3760-Ton centrifugal duplex Trane chiller, 3750-Ton cooling tower, primary and condenser water pumps. All site work, utilities retaining walls, footings, slab on grad and structural steel are required to support the new cooling tower, pumps and piping. Theis new mechanical system will be integrated into the existing chilled water distribution system feeding the entire GU campus including GU Hospital and critical research facilities.
A 2500KVA transformer, medium voltage switchgear and variable frequency controllers will be installed to support the new mechanical equipment
