This 22,000 SF renovation included a new elevator lobby, corridor, and 5 individual speculative suites. Scope of work consists of a large scale multi phased installation starting with suite 2250 and working down to 2210. The elevator lobby has a new dropped hard-lid ceiling with recessed LED lights to bring a large amount of illumination to a space that doesn’t get much natural sun light. Additionally in the lobby, we installed new elevator surrounds with backlit glass headers. Moving into the tenant spaces, there is a full glass door at each of the five (5) entrances to create a more inviting space. There are painted ceilings, polished concrete, and nice millwork elevations to bring about this high value space.
