Peikoff Alumni House

Patner Construction completed this historic restoration project for Gallaudet University. This project involved the replacement of all exterior timbers including sills, beams, columns, siding, sunburst patterns and window frames. The original stained glass windows were refurbished along with the point and tuck of the historic face brick. Patner created a new mechanical room in the basement to include new HVAC, plumbing and fire life safety. The interior design featured interior wood paneling, hardwood floors, new wood stairs, carpet and light fixtures.
