The project included a full office renovation of 26,000 SF, complete overhaul of two 25-yard interior firing ranges for support of rifle and handgun qualifications, and 59,500 SF of interior upgrades and repairs throughout the facility. The firing ranges included max demolition of both ranges, with new HVAC equipment and distribution, and new baffles with PEPP acoustical insulation. Structural improvements included new micro-pile foundations, structural steel columns and beams, and 61 new bar joists within the range footprint.
