Patner has a long and successful history with aviation projects in the Washington, DC area. This collaboration was the inspiration for the start of the company. Renovation and construction of aviation facilities requires a special expertise that we have earned over the past twenty-five years. We understand that passenger safety and security, continuity of service and uninterrupted operations are essential to a successful project. Our teams carefully coordinate with airport management, operations, maintenance, local law enforcement, security, emergency services, airlines, retailers, and travelers. Many of our aviation clients have been our partners for years; Patner’s commitment to excellence has fostered relationships that have lasted decades.

I wish to thank you again for the superb job performed in repairing our collapsed sewer main in Crystal City. The repairs were executed based on my verbal instructions and service was fully restored in an incredibly short amount of time. We very much appreciate this as we hoped to avoid shutting down the airport or any sewage spill. Both you and Patner are to be commended in helping us avoid both.

I am happy that we have had Sam [of Patner Construction] accomplishing the gritty work of managing people, tasks, hours, materials, working ungodly hours like all nights, and handling setbacks with a calm demeanor.  Sam is the true construction professional and I have popped in on him without warning.  Always on top of his game, he has managed to build a wonderful place. We are truly grateful and it reflects well on your company.
