The team worked with DBI Architects to complete an interior fit-out for returning client, Bridge Commercial Real Estate. The renovation of this space required demolition, millwork/quartz, DFH, glazing, drywall, flooring, painting, appliances, sprinklers, plumbing and electrical and more. Patner was uniquely qualified for this project due to our vast experience with high-end interior renovations in fully-occupied, functioning buildings. The spec suite is ready for the future tenant to move in and start business operations right away! #PatnerTeam

Patner is excited to be back at Dulles Airport (IAD) for another high-end airport lounge project! The Patner team is transforming the existing Etihad Lounge into a two level Chase Sapphire Lounge. The facility will include a bar lounge, an office area, kitchen, concierge area, family room and bathrooms. Patner specializes in high-end lounge facilities as well as working in active airports, so we understand the challenges and come prepared with creative solutions. Patner had previously renovated that space for Etihad, so it is an incredibly unique experience to be able to come back and be part of the transition to the Chase Sapphire Lounge!

PROJECT STATUS UPDATE! The Patner team has been at Georgetown University working on a full tenant fit-out for the Office of Student Equity and Inclusion (OSEI). We have successfully completed the removal of 10,000SF of slab in the fully-occupied building -- one of the most challenging aspects of the project.
