I realize that the building being open while work is on going has been a challenge but Alphonso has been a huge help to keep communication flowing and all the areas safe. He has kept the crews cleaning as they go which is extremely appreciated. We have been connecting daily to talk through what events are coming up and where pain points are as well as the status for each floor and the status of each of his crews. In general he has been a wonderful partner throughout the project and I can’t imagine having done this without him in this job.

I wish to thank you again for the superb job performed in repairing our collapsed sewer main in Crystal City. The repairs were executed based on my verbal instructions and service was fully restored in an incredibly short amount of time. We very much appreciate this as we hoped to avoid shutting down the airport or any sewage spill. Both you and Patner are to be commended in helping us avoid both.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know how impressed the Comstock Team has been with your Superintendent. I get constant compliments from everyone about him and how easy he has made the CACI project. Please let him know how much we appreciate his professionalism and cooperativeness throughout the project. 

As we all know, be it BIG OR small, construction projects consist of many different facets and sometimes extremely complex moving parts. Even more worrisome is the responsibility to take care of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE on a project and that generally rests on the shoulders of the prime contractor. So as the WHCA’s reno/build project SSHO, I wanted to express, at this point, what a great job the two of you have been doing with helping keep things safe and in order, and maintaining a good dialogue with EXP Federal. It truly takes all contractors, subcontractors, vendors and others alike to make a project successful and at this point in time. I felt a thank you was necessary for the recognition of how helpful and safety compliant the Patner onsite team have been at making this a success thus far. Thank you and please continue to keep up the positive work gentlemen. 

I wanted to let you know that the team of individuals you have here at VHC working on the LD project and the team who worked on the past project in CSP, are doing a terrific job. I have been an Infection Preventionist for 4+ years, and have been the infection prevention point of contact for hundreds of projects. Your team is head and shoulders above the rest in how they manage their infection control practices. I wanted to applaud your efforts at managing dust, debris and other aspects to IC.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Charley Mays on the MWAA AHU UVGI Design Build Project over these last few months. Having worked in this industry for over 35 years, I can recommend him as exceptional and without reservation. Mr. Mays has always been proactive and responsive over the span of the project. His leadership was an asset and allowed for us to integrate and support the team and the client as well.

Everyone at Patner Construction has done a terrific job during the renovation of lab space for my research group. Justin Dunlap, Steve Haney and the team were wonderful to work with, always reliable and went above and beyond our questions and requests that came up along the way. Much to my surprise and delight, the construction was completed ahead of an already ambitious schedule.

Hiring Patner Construction as for Construction Management Services was the best decision I made in 2020! Transitioning from a single tenant building to a multi-tenant building was challenging and with Patner by my side obstacles were navigated professionally and swiftly.
