Patner has officially delivered the CACI Bren Mar interior renovation project! The 33,000 SF space is now fully equipped with new offices, conference rooms, open work areas, break rooms, restrooms, electrical and high end finishes throughout. We are thankful to successfully complete another great project for returning client, CACI! #PatnerTeam

Meet Dan Cox, Superintendent at Patner's Denver office! Dan is a recent hire who has been in the construction industry since he was 18 years old. He enjoys the hands-on aspect of construction and the changes that come with each new project. Dan's role is to guide subcontractors and venders to successful project completions while ensuring our clients are satisfied and protecting the integrity and long-term goals of Patner Construction! When Dan is not on the job, he is spending time with his sons and grandchildren or engaging in fun outdoor activities like fishing and biking! The Alita Care Holdings project in Denver, Colorad

The Alita Care Holdings project in Denver, Colorado is complete! Patner, alongside @kieding.architects, has finished renovating the suite that will hold offices, group therapy rooms and a conference room for this industry leader in outpatient treatment for drug and alcohol addiction, trauma, eating disorders, sexual addiction, behavioral health conditions and co-occurring disorders. We are grateful for the opportunity to help the Denver community and partner with this incredible organization!

The Patner team is back at Georgetown University to renovate the White Gravenor Hall Student Service Center. Patner’s updates to the existing staff offices will transform the dark basement location into an open, welcoming space with plenty of natural light and a beautiful modern design for all faculty, staff and students! Patner is highly qualified and experienced in working on older buildings and is ready to tackle any challenges that may arise with this unique renovation!
