2022 is off to a great start at Patner Construction! We are breaking ground on several new and exciting projects and making great progress on others that are nearing completion. From working with existing clients to fostering new relationships, we are looking forward to another challenging and rewarding year!
We are putting the final touches on our project for Signature Flight Support at William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) in Houston, Texas! Working with our partners Yonkers Industries, what used to be a 5-acre green field is now days away from being completely transformed into a brand new 14,500 sf hangar, 4,500 sf passenger terminal, and an 80,000 sf new aircraft ramp.
Georgetown University is one of our many valued long standing clients, which makes it exciting for our team as we take on a handful of new projects for them this year! Currently, we are working on fire alarm system replacements for New South, Copley, and Harbin Halls. All of these fully occupied residential halls will be fully equipped with new Honeywell Notifier fire alarm systems.
CACI is another returning client that we are thrilled to be working with again! We are in the process of a 33,000sf interior renovation of new offices, conference rooms, open work areas, new finishes throughout, complete HVAC upgrade, new lighting and control, millwork, flooring and much more. This extensive project for their Alexandria, VA location will be completed in 2 phases, all while the building is fully occupied and functioning.
In Denver, we recently completed a full demolition of an existing 20K SF Space, turning it into a full floor SCIF, with high end interior finishes, fabric wrapped TV openings. Special features include the installation of a continuous barrier to
limit radio frequency from penetrating & escaping the
space.
