How is it already August? The first half of 2023 flew by with several exciting and unique projects keeping us busier than ever. The Patner team hit the ground running out at our Denver office with a wide variety of projects with new and returning clients!
Zeta Associates SCIF Buildout
Patner is in Denver working with Elsy Studios Interior Design to renovate a 40,000 SF SCIF space for Zeta Associates! This project includes the installation of a new generator and sound baffle system, architectural finishes, massive infrastructure upgrades, HVAC improvements and plumbing and electrical. Patner specializes in SCIF projects and is excited to deliver this project in the summer!
Willow Oaks Treehouse
The Patner Team is thrilled to start construction on a build-out of the Willow Oaks Treehouse amenity suite for our client, Bridge Investment Group, in Fairfax, VA. Once completed, the space will contain conference rooms with AV systems and displays, a pantry for food and drink service, flexible seating areas for any group size, an operable window system that allows the interior space to open into an expansive outdoor patio, as well as a putting green on the rooftop! This unique and fun project will provide the tenants with the perfect space to host functions for their clients and staff. We are excited to see the amenity suite in action this fall! #PatnerTeam
Chase Sapphire Lounge (IAD)
Dulles Airport is soon to be home to the 2-level Chase Sapphire Lounge! This week the Patner Team is finishing closing the walls and ceilings and hanging the steel for the Chase Sapphire signature Bar Canopy. The completed space will include a working lounge, office area, state-of-the-art bar, kitchen, concierge, family room and bathrooms with high end finishes throughout. Patner is excited to deliver this extensive project in the Fall!
Democracy Center Repositioning Project
Patner is in Bethesda, MD working on the Democracy Center repositioning project alongside Fox Architects for our client, CP Group! The project consists of the repositioning of three large commercial office buildings that will remain fully occupied during construction. Patner is excited to work with returning clients on this unique project!
Venture X Mosaic
Patner worked alongside Whitsitt Architecture to complete the Venture X project, which provides high quality and flexible shared workspaces for local small businesses in the Fairfax Mosaic District!
Thundercat
Patner’s tenant fit-out and interior renovation project at Thundercat Technology in Reston, Virginia is complete! We loved working with our returning client, Bridge Commercial Real Estate to accomplish this exciting project. The renovation included demo, new walls, finishes, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical and…a golf simulator! Thundercat is the largest veteran owned company in the country and Patner (especially our resident linkspeople!) was honored to be their partner on this fun project!
Alita Care
The Alita Care Holdings project in Denver, Colorado is complete! Patner has finished renovating the suite that will hold offices, group therapy rooms and a conference room for this industry leader in outpatient treatment for drug and alcohol addiction, trauma, eating disorders, sexual addiction, behavioral health conditions and co-occurring disorders.
CACI Bren Mar
Patner has officially delivered the CACI Bren Mar interior renovation project! The 33,000 SF space is now fully equipped with new offices, conference rooms, open work areas, break rooms, restrooms, electrical and high end finishes throughout.
GW Cell Therapy Lab – Ross Hall
Ross Hall at George Washington University holds specialized labs that allow for the development of vaccines and other beneficial products for the whole community. Patner completed a renovation of the existing lab providing it with cleanrooms, laminar flow diffusers throughout, custom AHU, a new fire protection system and more. Our team is grateful for the opportunity to improve this important facility!
White Gravenor
The Patner team recently completed a renovation for the White Gravenor Hall Student Service Center at Georgetown University. Patner’s updates have transformed the dark basement location into an open, welcoming space with plenty of natural light and a beautiful modern design for all faculty, staff and students!

May 1st-5th was Construction Safety Week! Safety in construction is a highly important aspect of this industry. The Patner team is conscious and alert on the job to avoid any distractions that could have serious consequences. It is crucial for construction teams to support one another and communicate at all times.
