This past weekend, Patner supported Georgetown University’s BellRinger bike ride event to raise funds for life-saving cancer research at the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center! Aside from biking, the weekend was filled with live music, inspiring speakers and great company as the community gathered to fight cancer together. Patner’s Eric Schulz and Justin Dunlap participated in the 25 mile bike ride and met with the University’s COO and some of our amazing partners in the construction/facilities department.
BellRinger is all about gathering as a community to fight to end cancer, and we are incredibly grateful to have been a part of this rewarding experience!

Project Status Updates
Democracy Center
The Patner team is making progress at Democracy Center in Bethesda, MD! This step in the project involved removing old HVAC systems from the roof with a crane to allow for the installation of brand new systems. We love working with our returning client, CP Group on this extensive repositioning project and can’t wait to see the finished product!
Chase Sapphire Lounge
We are thrilled to be in the last stage of the Chase Sapphire Lounge project at Dulles Airport! The Patner team has already installed the major aspects of the two-level lounge and we are now completing the high-end finishes throughout. This space is coming together beautifully so far with the glass bar canopy installed, kitchen fully equipped, high-end restroom finishes, tambour wall panels and more. Stay tuned for more updates as we race to the finish line with this project!
Project Completions!
Engenium
Patner completed the fit-out of a new headquarters for the MEP engineering firm Engenium Group! Located directly off of the main lobby at 655 New York Ave, the upgraded offices feature high-end finishes throughout, a custom HVAC system with an enVerid Load Reduction Unit, an Oxygen8 Energy Recovery Ventilator, and a new commuting stair with LULA elevator. The original RC row houses are historic buildings which required our team to make several modifications to modernize the space while still retaining the historic look and feel.
Ayers Saint Gross
Patner worked alongside Ayers Saint Gross to complete the renovation of their office space with open work stations. The Patner team used precise planning, effective communication, technical knowledge and expertise to ensure that the new office met the client’s requirements and architect’s vision.
