2023 was filled with innovation, achievements, expansion and countless successes. We are grateful for the opportunities to build new relationships, strengthen existing ones and transform countless spaces this past year!
The Henry Jackson Foundation Collaboratorium and Exterior
2023 began with the completion of the extensive Henry Jackson Foundation Collaboratorium project! The scope of work included implementing structural steel, custom facade paneling, full audio-visual integration, new restrooms, reception areas, and new high efficiency mechanical and lighting systems. Patner is grateful for the opportunity to benefit the Henry Jackson Foundation, an amazing non-profit that supports the US military and US government with medical research.
Patner was honored with an Associated Builders & Contractors 2023 Excellence in Construction Award for this project!
Alita Care
The Alita Care Holdings project in Denver, Colorado consisted of renovating offices, group therapy rooms and a conference center for the industry leader in outpatient treatment for drug and alcohol addiction, trauma, eating disorders, sexual addiction, behavioral health conditions and co-occurring disorders. Patner completed this important project alongside Kieding Architects!
CACI Bren Mar
This 33,000 SF interior renovation provided new offices, conference rooms, open work areas, break rooms, restrooms, and electrical infrastructure with high end finishes throughout. We are thankful for another successful project with CACI!
George Washington University Ross Hall
Ross Hall at George Washington University holds specialized labs that allow for laboratory learning and the development of vaccines along with research in helping invent the future. Patner completed a renovation of the existing lab adding cleanrooms, laminar flow diffusers throughout, a custom AHU, a new fire protection system, and more!
Venture X – Mosaic District
This state-of-the-art facility provides high quality and flexible shared workspaces for local small businesses in the Fairfax Mosaic District! Unique features of the updated space include high-end finishes and the installation of secure spaces throughout for tenants.
Thundercat Technology
The Patner team loved working alongside our returning client, Bridge Commercial Real Estate, and new client, Thundercat Technology, to execute this exciting renovation. The scope of work included new walls and finishes with structural, electrical and mechanical upgrades, and…a golf simulator! Thundercat is the largest veteran owned company in the country and we’re (especially our resident linkspeople!) honored to be their partner during this fun project!
Georgetown University’s Office of Student Equity & Inclusion
The Office of Student Equity & Inclusion (OSEI) uses academic and social support to bring together the important topics of equity, socio-economic status and racial/ethnic identity on campus. The project consisted of architectural demolition, lowering 10,000SF of 16″ slab on grade and a full tenant fit-out for the office!
Chase Sapphire Lounge
The Chase Sapphire Lounge at Dulles Airport is a gorgeous, comfortable space for passengers to unwind before their flights. The 2-level lounge has all new finishes, a work/office area, a bar, kitchen, concierge area, family room and bathrooms. This lounge takes the place of the Etihad Business Lounge that Patner constructed a decade ago!
Georgetown University White Gravenor Hall
White Gravenor Hall Student Service Center at Georgetown University has been transformed into an open, welcoming space with plenty of natural light and a beautiful modern design for all faculty, staff and students!
Engenium Group
Patner completed the fit-out of a new headquarters for the MEP engineering firm, Engenium Group! The upgraded offices feature high-end finishes throughout, a custom HVAC system with an enVerid Load Reduction Unit, an Oxygen8 Energy Recovery Ventilator, and a new commuting stair with LULA elevator. The original RC row houses are historic buildings which required our team to make several modifications to modernize the space while still retaining the historic look and feel!
