I am happy that we have had Sam [of Patner Construction] accomplishing the gritty work of managing people, tasks, hours, materials, working ungodly hours like all nights, and handling setbacks with a calm demeanor.  Sam is the true construction professional and I have popped in on him without warning.  Always on top of his game, he has managed to build a wonderful place.
