Assistant Project Manager

Who we are looking for:

Patner Construction Inc. is looking for highly motivated and engaged employees who love construction; someone who wants to grow with us and leave a lasting legacy on the Washington DC landscape. We are currently in search of an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. 

Essential responsibilities include:

• Assist with estimates and bids.
• Review drawings and create scopes of work.
• Subcontract agreements
• Submittals, RFI’s, Change Orders
• Assist with project schedule and two-week look ahead.
• OAC meeting minutes
• Quality Control inspections
• Project close-out including pre-punch-list, as-built drawings and O&M manuals

Qualifications, skills and abilities include:

• BS in Building Construction, Architecture or Engineering (Preferred).
• 2 years’ experience in real estate, construction, architecture or engineering.
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects at the same time.
