Patner Construction Inc. is looking for highly motivated and engaged employees who love construction; someone who wants to grow with us and leave a lasting legacy on the Washington DC landscape. We are currently in search of an Assistant Project Manager to join our team.
Essential responsibilities include:
- Assist with estimates and bids.
- Review drawings and create scopes of work.
- Subcontract agreements
- Submittals, RFI’s, Change Orders
- Assist with project schedule and two-week look ahead.
- OAC meeting minutes
- Quality Control inspections
- Project close-out including pre-punch-list, as-built drawings and O&M manuals
Qualifications, skills and abilities include:
- BS in Building Construction, Architecture or Engineering (Preferred).
- 2 years’ experience in real estate, construction, architecture or engineering.
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects at the same time.
