Assistant Project Manager

Job Position:

Patner Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the project team from bidding through completion.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Bidding and Estimating
  • Drawing review and scope of work creation
  • RFI review and generation
  • Submittal review, processing and material procurement
  • Meeting agenda and minutes
  • Quality Control Inspections
  • Subcontract generation
  • Subcontractor Invoices
  • Assistance with project schedule and two-week look ahead
  • Operation and Maintenance Manuals
  • Asbuilt drawings review and assembly
  • Punchlist creation and closeout

Software Skills:

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of a scheduling software (MS Project or P6) is preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of Viewpoint Construction Software is preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of BlueBeam Software is preferred, but not required

Schedule:

  • Full time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm)
