Job Position:
Patner Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the project team from bidding through completion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Bidding and Estimating
- Drawing review and scope of work creation
- RFI review and generation
- Submittal review, processing and material procurement
- Meeting agenda and minutes
- Quality Control Inspections
- Subcontract generation
- Subcontractor Invoices
- Assistance with project schedule and two-week look ahead
- Operation and Maintenance Manuals
- Asbuilt drawings review and assembly
- Punchlist creation and closeout
Software Skills:
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of a scheduling software (MS Project or P6) is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of Viewpoint Construction Software is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of BlueBeam Software is preferred, but not required

Schedule:
- Full time, 40 hours per week
