Patner Construction Inc. is looking for highly motivated and engaged employees who love construction; someone who wants to grow with us and leave a lasting legacy on the Washington DC landscape. We are currently in search of a Superintendent to join our team.
Essential responsibilities include:
- Manage coordination and daily activities on the project site.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality.
- Responsible for Quality Control.
- Schedule and manage all subcontractors and assure projects are built according to plans and specifications.
- Maintain project schedule.
- Responsible for site safety in accordance with all local, state and federal standards.
- Coordinate with building management for deliveries, after hours work and utility tie ins.
- Project close-out and punch-list completion.
Qualifications, skills and abilities include:
- Must have at least 4 years’ experience managing commercial construction projects.
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, consultants, architects, employees
- Professional demeanor.
- Strong subcontractor relations.
- Excellent safety record.
- Proven track record of bringing projects to finish on time with customer approval.
