Less than 2 years after Patner was founded, Charles “Chuck” Mays joined David as Co-Principal, expanding their expertise to include Historical Renovations, Civil Construction, Athletic Facilities, and Higher Education.

Chuck’s 40 years of experience began in residential construction and pivoted to commercial 23 years ago. Of all the aspects of his job, his favorite things about the industry are experiencing the project’s final product, and the incredible relationships that have lasted for 20+ years.
