This project consisted of aesthetic upgrades and new furniture throughout at an existing FBO (fixed-based operator) for Signature Flight Support at IAD Airport. The project was completed in four (4) phases in order to keep the FBO in operation for customers. The CBP (Customs Board Patrol) processing and interview rooms are fully-secured by the MWAA access control system and the walls are lined with wire mesh. The interview room is complete with a metal detention door, audiovisual camera system, and acoustic sound panels. The project was completed on time and under budget.
