This project was a fit-out of a new headquarters for the MEP engineering firm Engenium Group. Located directly off of the main lobby at 655 New York Ave, the upgraded offices feature high-end finishes throughout, a custom HVAC system with an enVerid Load Reduction Unit, an Oxygen8 Energy Recovery Ventilator, and a new commuting stair with LULA elevator. The original RC row houses are historic buildings which required our team to make several modifications to modernize the space while still retaining the historic look and feel.
