This project consisted of architectural demolition, the complete replacement of 10,000sf of slab on grade, which includes 25 horizontal tie-backs to support the basement walls and 80 vertical micropiles to lock-in and support the new slab on grade. This was followed by a full tenant fit-out that fosters OSEI’s mission to sustain a university-wide culture that embraces and understands diversity, equity and inclusion.
