GWU Ross Hall Lab

Description:

This technically challenging project for George Washington University’s Ross Hall was a 1,765 SF renovation of the existing Cell Therapy Lab in an occupied facility. The scope of work included the installation of cleanrooms and laminar flow diffusers throughout the lab, which have pressure differential controls and monitoring for dedicated work areas. The renovated lab also includes custom AHU, design, furnish and the installation of a new fire protection system.
