Interior build-out of existing area in the New North Patient Tower Building and existing MOB-1 for the purposes of achieving the Cancer Institute Program at Inova Loudoun Hospital. The renovated areas within the new Tower Building shall provide for the ISCI Program associated with the Lobby/Entry Hub, Life with Cancer, new pharmacy, new blood draw and lab and the Infusion Program areas. Within MOB-1, existing suites were gutted and renovated in their entirety. The renovated area will be a home for a new Clinic Program dedicated to the ISCI Program.
