The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Repositioning and Finishes Upgrades 

Description:

This project consisted of a seven (7) floor renovation of an existing 400,000 SF office space in Washington, DC. The renovation effort included furniture relocation, flooring demolition and reinstallation, and painting throughout the building. In approximately 40,000 square feet we performed a full demolition and completed the new area fit out. For these areas we provided full electrical, lighting, mechanical, drywall, and finishes. Additionally, PCI was contracted to perform a full IT/data cabling upgrades in support of the revised furniture layout. The IT support was inclusive of over 900 horizontal data cable pulls and 4 new riser backbone installation.
