This 10,766 square-ft project was a fit-out of Thundercat Technology’s headquarters in northern Virginia. The massive renovation included demolition, new walls, high-end finishes and structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical updates. Patner worked alongside Bridge Commercial Real Estate and DBI Architects to execute on an open-concept workspace, multiple conference rooms and offices, a kitchen and a custom-built game room that features individual gaming stations as well as a golf simulator. Thundercat Technology is the largest veteran-owned company in the country and we are honored to have been involved in this project from start to finish.
