This project was the build-out of an amenity suite providing the building tenants a uniquely prepared space to host functions for their clients and staff. The completed space includes conference rooms with AV systems and displays for meetings, a pantry for staging food and drink service, varying seating areas to allow attendees to gather in larger or smaller groups, an operable exterior window system that opens the interior space to an expansive exterior patio balcony that has additional seating, a pergola structure and several planters to bring greenery up to the roof top.
