This project was an interior fit-out of an existing 28,000 SF office building into a flexible office environment with over 110 private offices, conference rooms, huddle spaces, and gathering areas. Some of the new architectural features include glass demountable partitions, a living green wall, and high-end finishes. One of the unique aspects of the project is the installation of multiple secure spaces and the accompanying aspects such as additional sound proofing and access control.
